Arrest warrants are public in Bell County under the Texas Public Information Act (TPIA). Also, the Texas Code of Criminal Procedure Art. 15.26 explicitly states that "the arrest warrant, and any affidavit presented to the magistrate in support of the issuance of the warrant, is public information."
